Technoestates Ltd is an independent estate agency which started trading in Croydon in 1991 where we were established prior to the opening of our office in Brixton in May 2004. Our Croydon Branch is near Reeves Corner and was severely damaged by the fires during the Croydon Riots of 2011, but after extensive refurbishment we are open again for business as usual. Croydon is the area in London that is currently experiencing a boom in the property market. According to the specialists Croydon and surroundings areas will be the space of reference and influential development in the city in a short time

  • We, Technoestates Ltd have been actively involved in the local property market. We have a large portfolio of properties in all London boroughs south of the river, including south East and west, up to the boundary of the M25.

  • The population of Brixton and Croydon is from multi-ethnic communities. The redevelopment of Brixton’s covered market, Brixton Village has created a mecca of global cuisine as well as the iconic cinema and arts venue.
